3212A-13D is a low-viscosity, transparent epoxy resin. When mixed with curing agent 3212B-13D, the system provides excellent flowability, high transparency, and good processability.

After curing, it delivers outstanding surface gloss and electrical performance, making it suitable for coating, potting, and encapsulation of various electronic components.

Mixing & Application

Accurately weigh Components A and B according to the specified ratio. Mix thoroughly until uniform before use.

Typical Processing Conditions

Mixing Ratio:3212A-13D : 3212B-13D = 100 : 50 (by weight)

Pot Life:Approx. 30 minutes at 25°C (100 g mixed)

Curing Conditions:8 hours at 25°C, or2 hours at 60°C

Precautions

After mixing, the epoxy system begins to react and generates heat. Viscosity will gradually increase during this process.

The curing agent ratio may be adjusted within a limited range based on application requirements. Laboratory testing is strongly recommended before making any adjustments.

Conduct small-scale trials prior to full-scale application.

This product is solvent-free and environmentally friendly. However, direct skin contact may cause irritation or allergic reactions depending on individual sensitivity. Operators should wear protective gloves and ensure adequate workplace ventilation.

If spilled on skin or clothing, wipe with industrial alcohol or acetone, then wash thoroughly with soap and water.
In case of eye contact or accidental ingestion, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water, induce vomiting if necessary, and seek medical attention promptly.
