LB-5232 is a modified cycloaliphatic amine epoxy curing agent featuring low odor, light color, easy processing, and moderate hardness.
It offers excellent resistance to yellowing, making it suitable for applications requiring long-term color stability and high surface appearance.

Store in sealed containers in a cool, dry place, away from open flames.
Handling & Precautions
After thorough mixing with epoxy resin, the system begins to react and releases heat. Viscosity will increase gradually during the reaction.
Larger mix volumes or higher ambient temperatures will accelerate the reaction and curing rate, potentially generating significant heat.
Conversely, lower temperatures or smaller batch sizes will slow curing.
Control batch size carefully under different temperature conditions, as pot life will shorten as reaction speed increases. Mixed material should be used as soon as possible.
The curing agent ratio may be adjusted within a limited range to meet specific application requirements. Laboratory validation is strongly recommended prior to production use.
Perform small-scale trials before full-scale application.
Although this is a solvent-free, environmentally friendly product, direct skin contact may cause irritation or allergic reactions depending on individual sensitivity. Operators should wear protective gloves and ensure adequate ventilation in the work area.
If spilled on skin or clothing, wipe with industrial anhydrous alcohol or acetone, then wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of eye contact or accidental ingestion, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water, induce vomiting if necessary, and seek medical attention promptly.
