Storage & Packaging
Store in sealed containers in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry place.
Shelf life: 6 months. Expired material may still be used if it passes quality testing.
Packaging:Small drums: Resin 20 kg/drum, Hardener 5 kg/drum (20 kg/carton sets)
Large drums: 200 kg/drum.
Precautions
After mixing, the system will begin to react gradually. Viscosity will increase and heat will be released.
Pot life refers to the time required for the viscosity of 100 g mixed material at 25°C (static condition) to double.
Exceeding pot life does not mean the material is immediately unusable, but processability will decline.
Larger mix volumes or higher ambient temperatures will accelerate the reaction and curing process and may generate significant heat.
Lower temperatures or smaller batch sizes will slow curing. Carefully control batch size under different temperature conditions, as pot life will shorten when reaction speed increases. Use mixed material as soon as possible.
Perform small-scale trials before large-scale application to ensure proper handling and processing.
Seal containers immediately after use to prevent moisture contamination.
Although this is a solvent-free, environmentally friendly product, direct skin contact may cause irritation or allergic reactions depending on individual sensitivity. Operators should wear protective gloves and ensure adequate workplace ventilation.
If spilled on skin or clothing, wipe with industrial anhydrous alcohol or acetone, then wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of eye contact or accidental ingestion, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water, induce vomiting if necessary, and seek medical attention promptly.
